Bierstube produces
two types of special beer, which are made with the purest water of the Civetta
mountain and the best malts and hops imported from Germany and Bohemia.
Our two beers are called
Alleghe and Civetta,they are neither pasteurised nor filtered and have
no preservatives.These
beers are completely natural and are not chemically processed,unlike many other
beer brands that are treated to have a longer shelf-life.
